Your happiness with your purchase means everything to us at Texas Oro. If something isn't quite right, we've made the return and exchange process simple and straightforward

30-Day Return Window

Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date, as long as the item meets the conditions below.

To qualify, your item must:

● Be returned in its original, unworn condition - free of any scratches, marks or signs of wear
● Include everything that came with it: original packaging, gift box, tags and any accompanying paperwork 
● Not have been customized, resized or altered in any way - whether by us or by an outside jeweler 

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer 
● A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returned items
● Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
