Shipping policy

We know you're excited about your order - so are we! Here's what to expect after you check out from TX.ORO.

Processing Time

Every order goes through a quick review before it heads out the door. This typically takes 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, 12–6 PM Central Time). If your order includes custom sizing or a personalized piece, allow a little extra time - we want to get it just right.

To help things move along without delays, please make sure your billing and shipping addresses match if you're paying by credit card. Paying with PayPal? Just confirm your shipping address is verified in your account before placing the order. Orders shipping to a different address than the billing address may require us to reach out for a quick identity check before we send anything out - this is just us looking out for you.

Delivery Times

Once your TX.ORO order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Keep in mind that estimated transit times shown during checkout are separate from our processing window - they start counting once the package actually leaves our hands. 

We ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier we use depends on your location, the value of the order, and your chosen shipping speed. 

Tracking Your Order

The moment your package ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on the TX.ORO website.
